By accessing and using ImageAI Pro ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

• "Service" refers to ImageAI Pro platform and all related services • "User" refers to any individual or entity using our Service • "Content" refers to images, text, prompts, and other materials • "AI Models" refers to our artificial intelligence image generation technology • "Credits" refers to the usage units for generating images

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. Users under 18 may use the Service only with parental consent and supervision.

You are responsible for: • Providing accurate and complete registration information • Maintaining the security of your account credentials • All activities that occur under your account • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

You may use our Service to: • Generate images for personal and commercial purposes • Create content that complies with applicable laws • Share generated images according to our licensing terms You may NOT use our Service to: • Generate illegal, harmful, or offensive content • Create deepfakes or misleading representations of real people • Violate intellectual property rights • Engage in any activity that could harm our systems

Generated Images: You retain rights to images you generate, subject to these terms. Commercial Use: Pro and Enterprise users may use generated images commercially. Attribution: While not required, attribution to ImageAI Pro is appreciated. Prohibited Content: We reserve the right to remove content that violates our policies. Training Data: By using our Service, you acknowledge that generated images may be used to improve our AI models, unless you opt out in your account settings.

Subscription Plans: Detailed pricing is available on our pricing page. Billing Cycle: Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. Credits: Unused credits may expire according to your plan terms. Refunds: Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase, subject to usage limits. Price Changes: We may modify prices with 30 days notice to existing subscribers. Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the next billing cycle.

You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings. We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you: • Violate these terms of service • Engage in fraudulent activities • Abuse our systems or other users Upon termination: • Your access to the Service will cease • Unused credits will be forfeited • Downloaded content remains yours to use according to the license

Service Availability: We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. AI Accuracy: AI-generated content may not always meet your expectations or requirements. Content Responsibility: You are responsible for reviewing and validating all generated content. No Warranties: The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Limitation of Liability: Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding any claim.

Data Collection: We collect information as described in our Privacy Policy. Prompt Storage: Text prompts may be stored to improve our service. Image Storage: Generated images are stored according to your account settings. Data Security: We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. Third-Party Services: We may use third-party services for analytics and payment processing.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Major changes will be communicated via email to registered users. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms. If you disagree with changes, you may terminate your account.
